William "Bill" Andrew Keely, 52, of Hagerstown, MD passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family, and went to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Born December 26, 1963 in Silver Spring, MD, he was the son of Dianne Tarleton Keely and the late John (Jack) Chesley Keely. Bill graduated from South Hagerstown High School in 1982. He later received a Master's degree from the University of MD. He was employed with Defense Information Systems Agency where he proudly served his country as a Senior Executive. Bill was a member of Living Hope Community Church in Frederick, MD. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jeannie (Boone) Keely; four daughters, Sarah Geary and husband, Travis, Colleen Glisson and husband, John, Diana Keely and fianc, Kevin Duvieilh, and Carissa Keely; one grandson, Cullen William Geary; one granddaughter, Baby Glisson (on the way); three sisters, Elizabeth Austin-Benard and husband, Charles, Kathryn Keely, and Patricia McDonald and husband, Tony; one brother, John Keely Jr. and wife, Grace; six nieces and one nephew. A service will be held 11am Friday, September 30, 2016 at Maranatha Brethren Church, 19835 Scott Hill Drive, Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Todd Stroud and Rev. Andrew Pennington will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, 1500 Rosecrans Ave., Ste. 200, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
