VIRGINIA LEE RECKLEY, 72, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Med Star Washington Hospital Center. Born, August 31, 1946 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ellis Russell and Lilian Burtha (Siegmyer) Lockard. Virginia was an RN at several nursing homes for almost forty years. She is survived by her husband, William Reckley; a son, William W. Albright and grandchildren, William A. Albright and Zachery Albright. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm, Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
