ROSEMARIE MARKER, 63 of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Monday February 12, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center. Born, September 2, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Royer E. and Peggy M. Lewis Roser. Rosemarie was employed by Washington County Board of Education as a teacher for 25 years retiring in 2000. After retiring she taught as a substitute teacher. Rosemarie was a member of the Washington County Teachers Association, FOE 694 Auxiliary, Shepherd University Alumni and Grace United Methodist Church. Rosemarie is survived by her husband of 36 years, Nelson E. Marker of Williamsport, MD and a son, Scott E. Marker of Hagerstown, MD. A service will be held at 11 am, Friday, February 16, 2018 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Curtis C. Ehrgott will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm, Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the funeral home.
