RALPH BLOOM, JR., 86, of 16505 Virginia Avenue, Williamsport, Maryland, died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at Homewood at Williamsport, Born November 14, 1919 in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Ralph and Ethel Cantor Bloom. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the he U.S. Navy. He retired in 1985 from FMC Corporation in Princeton, New Jersey, after thirty-eight years of service. He was a member of Presbyterian Church in Easton, MD. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn H. Bloom; two sons, Ralph Bloom, III of Middletown, Virginia and J. Lawrie Bloom of Evanston, Illinois; one brother Frank Bloom of Cincinnati, Ohio; seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister, Margery Behr. Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are by the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland.
