MARY ELIZABETH WILLIAMS, 81 of 13636 Paradise Church Road, Hagerstown, Md., died on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Golden Living Center in Hagerstown. Born July 5, 1928 in Boissevain, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Bud and Dolly Jennings Lester. She was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd W. Williams in 1992. She retired from Classic Food Services. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church She was also a member of AARP She is survived by six sisters; Sally Hess, Bonnie Bolen, Connie Poindexter, Nettie Poindexter, Audrey Fisher and Nancy Johnson; two granddaughters, Lori Tobei and Dawn Taylor; five great grandchildren, Kristopher Kelley, Ariel Bell, Sapphire Bell, Kwavin Carey and Quinton Carey; and one great great granddaughter, Gabriella Bell; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Willa Dean Ralls, a sister, Retha Cooper, and two brothers, Jack Lester and Buddy Lester. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Pastor Henry Marquiss will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Breast Cancer Awareness of Cumberland Valley, 324 E.
