LUCIA RIDGLEY, 80, of 30 West Baltimore Street, Funkstown, Maryland, died on Friday, May 30, 2008 at her home. Born July 24, 1927 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Renata Mini Elia. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ridgley in 1977. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She is survived by one daughter (with whom she lived), Angela Kline of Hagerstown; one sister, Angeline Frank of Hagerstown; two brothers, Frank Elia of Leitersburg, Maryland, and Anthony Elia of Hagerstown; and two grandsons. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family. Rev. George A. Limmer will officiate. There will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Washington County Community Action Council to help families in need, 101 Summit Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740.
