Karen Harris-Harper, 73, of Williamsport, MD, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at her home. Born April 3, 1943 in Red Buff, CA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Harris and Mary (Carlson) Howard. Karen was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She always loved to help anyone in need. She is survived by one daughter, Tammy Clark and husband, Darryl, of Fairplay, MD; two sons, Roland Harper and wife, April, and Jason Harper and companion, Michelle, all of Williamsport, MD; one sister, Vicki; two brothers, James and Mark; eight grandchildren, Duke, Alicia, Heather, Marlana, Jason, Janae, Tiffany, and Hunter Lacey; three great grandchildren, Arriana, Nate, and Zoey; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her step-father, Richard Howard. Service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
