JAMES LEE SMITH, 21, of 13001A Rowe Road, Smithsburg, Maryland, died on Monday, September 6, 2004 at the Washington County Hospital. Born May 16, 1983 in Washington County, Maryland, he was the son of Harold Lee Smith, Jr. and Dorothy Ann Kline Smith of Smithsburg, Maryland. He was employed with ARC of Hagerstown. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Williamsport, Maryland. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Joseph Harold Smith of Smithsburg, Maryland; maternal grandparents, James and Judith Kline of Greencastle, Pennsylvania; and several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Harold Lee Smith, Sr. and Cleo Smith. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a. m. Thursday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown. Rev. Louis L. Emerick will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p. m.
