GLORIA (JACKIE) VALLIE JACQULINE MURRAY, 73, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Friday, April 25, 2014 at Meritus Medical Center. Born December 20, 1940, in Sandy Hook, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edward Franklin Grove III and Dorothy Lorraine Buffington. Gloria was a member of Calvary Temple Church. She is survived by, two daughters, Dolly Grove of Martinsburg, W.V., Cristy Green and husband Donald; one son, Arthur Murray III; four grandchildren, Tyenna White and husband Darryl, Sara Murray, Dustin T. Socks, and Dillan Harbaugh; five great grandchildren, Kierra White, Alani White, Camari White, Dustin B. Socks, and Destyn Socks; two brothers Edward ( Butch ) Grove III, Jerry Siebert; one sister, Joyce Siebert; brother in law, John Ernst; sister in law, Rosalie Grove; and a very special dog, "Stormy". Gloria was preceded in death by her sister, Rosalie Ernst; step father, Harry Siebert. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2014, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, Md. The Rev. Robert V. Robinson will officiate. Burial will be at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends two hour prior to the service. In addition to flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Temple Church, 147 Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD., or Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave. Hagerstown, MD.
