Elizabeth Lee Moore, 58, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Monday, February 15, 2021, at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. Born February 23, 1962 in Rockville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Glenn and Josephine (Hunt) Ramey. Elizabeth was a member of Salvation Army where she volunteered and was in charge of ringing the bell. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Elizabeth is survived by her spouse, Carroll Moore; daughters, Jasmyn Moore and Raychelle Moore; sisters, Ruby Ramey and Nora Bynum; brother, Lawrence Ramey, Jr.; grandkids, Assanti Moser, Arrayah Moser, Cahmira Johnson, Ahmaj Moser, Arielle Johnson, Kaliyah Jenkins, and Catalina Mattei; and a friend who she loved like a daughter, Shelinia Winston. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lucille Yeariens; and her brother, William Ramey. The funeral service will be held at 11am on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD with Pastor John Stephenson officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home two hours prior to the service.
