Dennis (Denny) Drenner passed away July 20, 2022 surrounded by the love of his family.
Denny graduated from North Hagerstown High School in 1965 and served in the U.S Army. He was employed by Mack Truck Inc. for 45 years. He was also owner of Drenner's Home Improvements for 7 years.
He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, shooting at the gun range and sitting by the pool. He especially loved spending time with his family. He was highly skilled at woodworking and remodeling and enjoyed working on projects with his children. His dogs Toby and Wilson were his constant companions.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Donna (Toms) Drenner. Denny and Donna were lovingly connected since they were both in 8th grade. Their unbreakable bond and commitment, which was evident to anyone who knew them, still endures.
He is lovingly remembered by his children, Gina Drenner-White, Tanya Morris and husband, John, and Christopher Drenner and wife, Elicia; sister, Melodie Barnhart; brother, Paul (Woody) Keefer; brother-in-law, Rick Toms and wife, Stephanie; six grandchildren, Shelby White, Jared and Casey Morris, Noah, Finn and Sydney Drenner; and two great-grandchildren, Thatcher Harrison and Katie Dunkin, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jordan Morris; parents, Calvin and Eula Drenner; parents-in-law, Donald and Nalda Toms; brother, Calvin Drenner; and sister, Pam.
A celebration of life service will be held for family and friends at a later date.
