CHARLES (CHARLIE) HODGKINS, 45, of Inwood, West Virginia, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Hagerstown, MD. Born June 12, 1970, in Jacksonville, Florida, he was the son of Donny Hodgkins of Wichita Fall, TX and Brenda T. Lowie Tanner of Cape Coral, FL. He was employed with T. W. Smith & Son Construction. In addition to his parents, Charlie is survived by one daughter, Alexis (Lexi) Hurley of Falling Waters, WV; two sisters, Vivian Hodgkins of Cape Coral, FL and Amber Tanner of Virginia Beach, VA; two brothers, Wade Hodgkins of Wichita Falls, TX and Matthew Hodgkins, WV. Services will be at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Emmett Keck will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. before the service at the funeral home.
