Bonnie Lee Renner, 80, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.

Born July 3, 1945, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late John "Jay" Vernon Shipley and Edna Mae (Hall) Shipley.

She is survived by two daughters, Laura (Renner) Howell and husband Donnie, and Lacinda (Renner) Fetting and husband Randy; five grandchildren, Bradley Howell, Brooke (Howell) Lawrence and husband Jamie, Meghan (Fetting) Baugher and husband Cody, Morgan (Fetting) Kirkpatrick and husband Taylor, and Madisen Fetting; six great grandchildren, Gavin Baugher, Adley Kirkpatrick, Tatum Kirkpatrick, Graham Baugher, Braedyn Lawrence, and Leighton Kirkpatrick.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, John Vernon Shipley, Jr. and Robert Shipley.

Bonnie was a 1963 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. She held several retail jobs, including Kings Department Store, Kohl's, and Hallmark. She also worked for many years in the mortgage industry with Horizon Financial Corp. and Standard Federal. She had a passion for pocketbooks, jewelry, and shoes. And she loved having conversations with her family and friends.

She frequently attended King Street Church services.

A viewing will be held from 5pm-7pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, followed by the funeral service at 7pm, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Ricky McCarl officiating.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
