ARTHUR HOFFMAN, III, 59, of 344 North Mulberry Street, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at the V. A. Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Born September 30, 1949 in Washington County, Maryland, he was the son of the late Arthur Hoffman Jr. and Juanita Bragunier Hoffman. He served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion, Morris Frock Post 42. He is survived by one son, Mark A. Hoffman of Hagerstown; one grandson, Devin T. Hoffman; and one aunt. There will be no services or viewing. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations will be received by the family.
